Bob Scott is co-author of the Exam 5 and 7 Study Manuals, and is recognized by many as the most experienced CAS exam review instructor in the United States. He has taught seminars for Parts 3B, 7, 8 and 10 under the sponsorship of CAMAR, MAF, and NEAS.

Accounting and Reinsurance - Richard Zarnik, ACAS

Richard Zarnik, owner of All 10, Inc., has been an Associate of the CAS since 1996. His prior work includes extensive ratemaking and reserving in a number of units within the Travelers Property Casualty Insurance Company in Hartford, CT. Before joining Travelers, he worked as a reserving actuary with American Re-Insurance and began his career consulting with Tillinghast/Towers Perrin.

He is the co-author of the Exam 5, 6 and 7 Study Manuals and author of the Exam 8 and 9 Study Manuals. Students preparing for CAS exams over the past several years have used his manuals extensively.
