In some cases, a firewall on your computer may be
configured to block cookies. Usually this occurs if
you're running the ZoneAlarm Pro firewall and have set the
Cookie Control setting to High.
To adjust Cookie Control in ZoneAlarm Pro:
- Open the ZoneAlarm Pro/Suite Control Center
- Click on PRIVACY -> MAIN tab
- In the Cookie Control area, click the slider and drag
it to the MED setting.
