I can log into the web site, but do not have access to any of the study tools. Why is this?
Permissions to access our online study tools are granted to all customers sitting for the current exam. Customers who purchased materials for previous exam sittings can still login in order to view purchase receipts, but are not granted access to our study tools.
Why can I not view PDF's from your web site?
All PDF's found on the ALL 10 web site require you to have Adobe Acrobat (or Adobe Acrobat Reader) 5.0 or greater installed. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free from http://www.adobe.com
Why do some of the links on the All 10 web site not work?
They may not work if you have a pop up blocker turned on. The links to pdf's, article notes, schedules, and other pages will generate a new browser window if they are not blocked by third party software. For your convenience the All 10 web site does not have any third party pop up advertisement. |
